Abstract

This building has two basements, ground floor, and eight similar storeys above it. The basements serve to house the general installations, archives and a car garage. The ground floor is taken up with the entrance zone, the public hall, exhibition hall, and ancillaries. The other storeys are totally devoted to offices and accessory services. The building has been designed with great simplicity, and is decorated with noble and rich materials.
