The new Parliament Building for Lower Saxony, at Hannover, integrates the modern and the traditional in a highly sensitive manner. In addition to the excellent efficiency of its internal installations, and its functional quality, the warm atmosphere of this new Parliament Building, much in keeping with its representative and humanistic purpose, is most noteworthy.
