This building has a basement, ground floor, seven floors for offices, and an eighth floor which has a bar, and a large resting hall for the staff. The top of the roof can be eventually used as a heliport. This building has a singular and exceptional quality due to the volumetric arrangement of the architectural masses—seeking to make the nearby square look larger—and to the peculiar positioning of beams and columns of the ground floor.
