The new exposition building for the Swiss Samples Fair contains two basements, a ground-floor, a gallery and two pper-floors. The technical equipment and the stores are kept in the bottom basement, whilst the first basement serves for exhibition purposes. The ground floor is devoted to all exposition possibilities, but especially for heavy and big machinery. Beside of special expositions, restaurant facilities are foressen on the gallery-floor. The two upper-floors are devoted to conventional types of expositions. Since the building should be erected in the very short time of nine months, the construction has been done with precast reinforced concrete units.
