This building has two levels, and has the following internal distribution. Ground floor: garage, cellar, service quarters, ironing room, etc. Top floor: living room, dining room, main bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, kitchen, study, etc. Vegetation plays an important role in the aesthetic composition of the external design, as a highly integrated element in the general pattern. The materials employed by the architect are of very fine quality and beauty, and have been chosen with ability and sincerity of purpose.
