Abstract

This is a housing block catering for medium income families. It includes eight different types of flats, but the most frequent one has a floor area of 120 m2, and comprises a living-dining room, three bedrooms, a service bedroom, kitchen, scullery, two bathrooms and several built in cupboards. The flats are wonderfully successful. Their interior decoration is adequate, the external walls are highly plastic, and very pleasantly coloured, and the balconies provide an interesting repetitive pattern motif.
