St. Conrad's hostel for aged people

The basement of this building contains the boiler room, the fuel storage, and ancillaries. The ground floor has a main vestibule, offices, guest rooms, general store room. There is also a chapel where 150 people can have seating accommodation. The second floor includes dining room, kitchen, living room, the manager's quarters and three double rooms. Then there are three further floor levels, taken up with single and double rooms, and living room, a small kitchen and various services. All rooms have a fine view over the Constance Lake.
