The building involves a total of 95 flats, of three main types: 64 flats of 4 rooms, 25 flats of 3 rooms, and 6 flats of 2 rooms. There are also secondary facilities, such as garages, which are situated to the east and west of the building, at ground level. This is due to the presence of underground water 1 m below the surface. On the green spaces round the building sports facilities have been provided, such as football and basket-ball pitches, and also playgrounds for children.
