This project includes a block of five storeys, to be used as offices, and another, separated into two main parts. The higher, which has ten storeys, is also meant for offices, and the lower one will be a large commercial stores. A fine terrace and garden separates them. A secondary building encloses the parking area, and provides room for a number of secondary services and the storage of materials. Klagenfurt already has many modern buildings, but a careful effort has always been made to keep the style of these in harmony with surrounding building and the general background.
