In the building of this house, the architect has sought to make the best possible use of the texture and external quality of the materials employed. The indoor distribution is straightforwardly modern and the various functional zones of the house have been clearly differentiated. The garden has been made as continuous as possible with the porch and the inside of the building, especially with the living and dining rooms. The aspect of the house is very simple, formal, and reflects with much sincerity the true purpose of each part of the building.
