«Los Porches» Single Family Dwelling

This small vacation house is located in a colourful and luminous village from the Alicante region. Its distribution is functional and the construction is straightforward. It has three bedrooms and bathroom in the private zone of the house; and a living room separated into front, dining room and study room in the formal part of the house. The service zone includes service bedroom, larder and washing room. The building has brick bearing walls. The roof structure includes ceramic units, air chamber, fiber wool protection and aluminium roofing surface. The colouring is in white, blue, yellow, black and natural wood. The gardening arrangement is also very simple. It consists of large gravel surfaces and a few clumps of trees that introduce an element of variety and provide adequate shade and greenery.
