This Motel occupies a site near the Milan Laghi motorway. Motels are characterised by the type of «cell», or independent apartment, which is a kind of «villa», of easy access, where the car can be parked close by, ready for immediate departure. For this reason this motel has been constructed on one level. Garages are roofed over, and are at street level. The living room is slightly raised, to avoid it being overlooked from outside. The apartments consist of a bedroom, services, and garage. They occupy a double building; the services being separated from the bedroom, to avoid any noise disturbance at the latter. The garages, skew shaped in planform, have a tubular structure, the walls consist of vivid coloured fibrocement, and the roof is made of plastic boards. High intensity night lighting is used, but although everything is clearly visible, it does not disturb those who wish to sleep with windows open. A highly efficient set of services makes this a very functional motel.
