Un edificio científico en un Centro de enseñanza, un lugar destinado a enseñar y aprender principios básicos y fundamentales del saber humano; a educar el pensamiento en la técnica de la observación sistemática, de acuerdo con las últimas ideas y con la información más reciente. Todo este cúmulo de detalles, y algo todavía más complejo, debe representar un Centro de educación científica, expresando neta y claramente su misión, a la sola observación del conjunto construido. Realmente, es ésta una condición que debería ser inherente a cualquier obra arquitectónica: transparentar, por su forma y tratamiento, el contenido y función del edificio.
