La Residencia del Buen Samaritano, en San Luis, Missouri, destinada a albergar una totalidad de 400 personas— cuando el programa esté completamente desarrollado—, se halla situada sobre un bello promontorio, con magníficas vistas sobre el río Mississippi, a unos seis kilómetros de la ciudad de San Luis. La elección de emplazamiento es fundamental en un edificio de este tipo, ya que es preciso llevar al ánimo del anciano la alegría, el color, el paisaje, para infundirle esperanza y gozo.
