La obra consta de dos plantas iguales y en cada una de ellas se distribuyen dos apartamentos: uno de tres dormitorios, dos baños., portal, sala, comedor, cocina, patio de servicio y W.C. de servicio; otro, al fondo, con sala-comedor, dos dormitorios, cocina y patio de servicio. Los portales y patios de servicios han sido cerrados casi totalmente por medio de celosías, con objeto de darles un carácter privado y protegerlos de la exposición directa del sol, evitando así los inconvenientes de nuestro clima.
