Vivienda unifamiliar en Las Matas

En las proximidades de Madrid, en el término de Las Rozas, y en una parcela de unos 1.000 m2, con pendiente acusada hacia el mediodía, se ha construido esta graciosa vivienda, adoptando, en su emplazamiento y planta, soluciones ambas acertadas y funcionales, de acuerdo con la orientación y el relieve del terreno. Dada la necesidad de aprovechar al máximo el solar, y con la idea de dejar una zona de jardín lo más amplia posible, se ha ceñido la vivienda, cuanto está permitido, a la medianería norte, dejando la parte más noble de la residencia (salón y dormitorios) mirando al sur, a la zona ajardinada y de piscina.
