El haber más importante de una Empresa Constructora es su experiencia directa de la realidad constructiva, acumulada día a día, en un transcurso de años, enriqueciendo sus métodos, sus archivos y los criterios de las personas que la rigen en sus diversos sectores. Esta experiencia es fundamental en el sector técnico, donde además la persistencia de los hombres que lo dirigen ha hecho cambiar el carácter y quizás las características del tipo de Sociedad que es una Empresa Constructora.
