Si la correspondencia entre la obra arquitectónica y el ambiente físico que la envuelve es cuestión de importancia capital, en el caso de este edificio, dicha condición adquiere mayor relieve, dada la situación privilegiada que ocupa, en pleno corazón de la ciudad, en el centro de una zona que será un hermoso parque, asomado al mar, y rodeado por el paisaje más hermoso del mundo.
