Se trata de una reforma parcial de un edificio existente, que estuvo destinado a viviendas y locales comerciales, en los que se encontraba situado el antiguo y famoso café de San Isidro. Este edificio consta, y constaba, de una planta de sótano, y seis plantas sobre nivel de calle. De ellas han sido objeto de total reforma las plantas de sótano, baja y primera, para la instalación de un comercio, por el nuevo sistema de "autoservicio".
