El puente Buffalo Bayou, situado en el término de Houston, Estado de Texas (EE. UU.), constituye una estructura que por su belleza ha merecido un premio del Instituto Americano de Construcciones Metálicas, galardón que se concede para estimular a los constructores y proyectistas en su esfuerzo para lograr, no ya obras de utilidad general, sino de valor artístico en su aspecto externo.
