El local de que se disponía era estrecho y muy profundo y sin posibilidades de ampliación. La casa donde se encuentra situado este local es de muros y huecos pequeños, por lo que lo primero fue el conseguir una mayor diafanidad rasgando el muro de fachada y el de separación de la segunda y tercera crujía. La barra se proyectó con la máxima longitud posible por ser el elemento comercial en este tipo de negocio, teniendo siempre presente el buen funcionamiento de la zona de público y de servicio.
