Lo más destacado de este conjunto es la originalidad con que ha sido tratado en su aspecto estético. El pino de California es el material que se ha empleado en casi la totalidad de la construcción, cobrando con ello un tinte rústico muy adecuado para el lugar en que se ha situado.
