El puente sobre el rio Quinnipiac, en New Haven (EE. UU.), es, de las obras de fábrica de la autopista de Connecticut, la de mayor longitud, y presenta la particularidad de salvar su tramo central, de 118 m de luz, con cuatro vigas gemelas de alma llena, tipo cantilever, y parte rectilínea de cierre de unos 33 m de longitud.
