Holanda ha dado una lección de planeamiento de ciudades con la realización de la nueva Rotterdam, que resulta un modelo único en Europa. Esto ha sido posible gracias a la eficacia de la labor desarrollada por los equipos de Arquitectos, Ingenieros, Sociólogos y Especialistas en Leyes.
