Situada a lo largo de la vía que va de Nervi a San Hilario, a 50 m sobre el nivel del mar, esta vivienda domina un magnífico panorama que abarca todo el golfo Ligur desde los Alpes marítimos hasta el promontorio de Portofino, mientras que a sus pies se encuentra el parque Nervi, uno de los más bellos de Europa.
