El edificio tiene un frente principal de 39,53 m y una profundidad de 25 m, o sea, una superficie de 966 m2 la cual, levantada hasta la altura permitida, da un desarrollo total de superficies construidas de 12.341,89 m2 incluida la edificada en el patio interior de manzana, y un volumen de 39.765 m2 aproximadamente. El edificio consta de dos plantas de sótanos, a un nivel de 8,55 m por debajo de la rasante de la calle; planta baja; siete plantas de igual superficie, y la octava y novena plantas retranqueadas. Sobre la planta de cubierta, construida en techo plano, se manifiestan tres volúmenes unidos entre sí, que contienen un depósito de agua y las máquinas de los elevadores.
