Con destino a la Sociedad Española de Automóviles de Turismo, S. A., se proyectó y construyó un edificio en el puerto franco de Barcelona. Tiene una triple función: a) Servicios de obreros y almacén del taller de fundición. b) Oficinas de dicho taller. c) Escuelas de Aprendices de la Sociedad.
