En la calle Sulgeneck, y frente al edificio del Liceo Femenino de Berna, está situada la nueva central de los servicios administrativos, de la Compañía Berner Allgemeine. Se construyó en un amplio solar, en el que existen tres zonas claramente definidas: una cercana a la calle y prácticamente a su mismo nivel; otra de fuerte pendiente descendente, y la tercera, de nivel inferior a la calle en varios metros.
