Torre Hermes, Exposición de Hannóver

La torre de Hermes, construida en el recinto de la feria de muestras de Hannover, símbolo artístico de la casa Maschinenfabrik R. Stahl, fabricantes de ascensores, tiene un mirador superior situado a 80 m de altura. Es de hormigón armado, constituida por dos tubos elípticos arriostrados con crucetas transversales, y dispone de un ascensor potente y rapidísimo, que maniobra al exterior de los tubos, siendo visible al público en todo su recorrido.
