A diez millas de Seattle, Washington, y en una zona agreste y arbolada, se ha emplazado la colonia "Hilltop Comunity", constituida para asociación de propietarios. Bajo la colaboración de todos, se diseñó la distribución del terreno, carreteras, servicios, localización de viviendas, terrenos de juego, centro comunal...; todo ello con una moderna concepción urbanista, encaminada a resaltar la belleza del lugar.
