El edificio, destinado a viviendas de alquiler, en la calle de Madrazo, número 32, fue edificado sobre un terreno que formaba parte de un barranco, quedando, por lo tanto, su nivel más bajo que el de la calle. La orientación es SE. Para conseguir una total rentabilidad del edificio, el vestíbulo general está situado dos metros más bajo que el nivel de calle, dejando una zona ajardinada de acceso a la casa que facilita luz y ventilación a los locales de la parte baja.
