Use of the adobe bricks stabilized with 6% portland cement and reinforced with coconut fibers for loadbearing walls in Tampico

In this article conclusions are presented about adobe bricks stabilized with 6% portland cement and reinforced with different percentages of coconut fibers. The author, has developed an experimental plan in laboratory and has built in situ several walls with different bricks, different joints and different orientations, to analyze the behaviour ofthe brick prototypes for the weather conditions in Tampico.
