The cause of the collapse of the structures of greenhouses is the suction induced by wind. Currently, the design of the loundations is not based on calculations of traction. The experience of the construction company or of the larmer determine the dimensions and separation of greenhouse loundations. In this work, we tested prototypes of different types of pile foundations. used in the construction of greenhouse, to determine the maximum force of traction and the associated displacement which they can support. In this article, non-linear models using finite elements. are developed that enable more accurate calculation of the actual results than obtained with empirical formulas.
