Research Articles

This section contains original research articles that show the latest advances in construction science and its direct application to building and civil engineering, as well as that provide new scientific knowledge of traditional construction techniques. Articles that are not purely scientific but have a relevant component of technological innovation will also be accepted. This type of article has provided a historical legacy that allows the consultation, documentation, intervention or research of works or technical innovations.

However, articles related to the area of materials of journals such as Materiales de Construcción; articles that are only descriptive or informative of works, construction systems, processes or similar; historical reviews that do not make a significant contribution to progress of construction techniques, processes or systems, are not considered suitable for this journal.

Articles will be subject to a double review process according to the procedure described in Author Guidelines.
