2 Buildings designed by A. Lamela Sol Building This is a commercial and apartments block, and has a basement, ground floor, and ten stories above it. On each of the top ten stories there are twelve apartments. The design of this building is highly influenced by the gardening that surrounds it. La Caleta Building This is another commercial and apartments building, consisting of a lower block, part of which is covered with a terrace, gardens and a swimming pool, and a higher block. The apartments are all similarly designed, and only vary in the number of bedrooms. The design is especially «clean», simple and up to date.
