This article looks for in the contemporary Spain different ways to industrialize the building field. Mainly focusing the dwellings construction system and analyzing the not successful former experiences explain the economical and social benefits related with a new political target for industrialization.
The author believes Industrialization is the only way to fight against economical crisis and contributing to sustainability. The future balance between social needs and market should be built up through the new construction industry.
